For solo professionals, freelancers, satellite teams, and small and medium-sized businesses, joining a flexible office space can be a game-changer. Flexible office spaces are an incredibly innovative solution for many types of professionals, teams and companies. When it comes to canceling your membership in a co-working office space, there are certain rules and regulations that you must follow. Generally speaking, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the month in which the final payment was made.
You MUST send an email notification 72 hours before the start of the new month. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking or 30 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the initial payment. In the event of any delay in the delivery of office space after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, you agree to pay double the applicable membership fee for each day of unauthorized occupancy, after the expiration or termination date of this Agreement. For example, if you vacate your office space before the last normal business day in April, you will still owe us the full membership fee for the month of April.
If the start date is a normal business day, you have the right to move to the office space no earlier than 9:30 a.m. on that day. Before terminating or expiring this Agreement, you must remove all your properties, those of your members and your own or those of your guests from the office space and facilities. By using Expanded Network Services, you agree that (i) you and your Members must comply with and be bound by these Third Party Space Terms, and (ii) you acknowledge that your Member Company and Members must also comply with the terms, rules and policies applicable to third-party space contained on the relevant Space Partner's website.
